Reporting an error
If you spot a factual error in any article, contact us through the Contact page with the article URL and what needs fixing. We investigate every report.
How we correct
Verified errors are corrected promptly, with a visible correction note added to the article stating what changed and when. We do not silently rewrite the substance of a published article; minor typographical fixes are the only exception.
Updates vs corrections
When new information develops after publication (for example, updated pricing or a new trim announcement), we update the article and note the update date, keeping the distinction between a correction of an error and an update with new facts.
